I’m a big-time foodie with a passion for cooking, reading, and writing. I live in a tiny apartment with my husband Matthew and our pooch Baxter (who is basically our son).
In October of 2014, I completed my first Whole30 and it changed my life. I know lots of people say that, so it’s probably a little hard to take seriously, but as a forever food lover who has constantly struggled with dieting and making poor food choices, I can finally say I have a good relationship with food. Read more about my Whole30 journey here.
No, I’m not perfect, but I’ve learned to listen to my body and give it what it needs. It feels great!
I like to cook up some delicious Whole30 meals in my cramped little kitchen and half-size stove, and I’m always trying to come up with fresh ideas.
I created this blog to share some of my Whole30 recipes with you. I know how difficult it can be to balance healthy living with a busy schedule, so the focus of the Paula Goes Primal blog is creating simple, healthy recipes that are practical and delicious.
Most of my recipes will also fit into Primal and Paleo lifestyles, unless otherwise stated. So, I hope you enjoy my blog! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or suggestions!
